Delivery policy
University Application Guide is a digital service — nothing is physically shipped. Here's exactly when and how each purchase becomes available.
This is a draft. It has not yet been reviewed by an attorney (WBS 8.8 — Work Breakdown Structure item 8.8, legal review — not started).
1. No physical shipping
Every product University Application Guide sells is digital: a rendered report, or written feedback on an essay draft. Nothing is manufactured, packaged, or shipped, and there is no physical address a purchase is sent to.
2. When access unlocks
- Full report: unlocks immediately in your account once payment is confirmed — typically within seconds, and never more than a few minutes while the payment provider's confirmation is received.
- Essay coach (per college or season pass): unlocks immediately in your account once payment is confirmed. Feedback on a submitted draft is generated on request after that, typically within a couple of minutes.
3. If access doesn't unlock
If payment was taken but access didn't unlock within a reasonable time, contact us — see our contact page — and we'll fix it or refund you under our Refund Policy.
