Is this a chance calculator?
No. University Application Guide never states a percentage chance of admission. You get descriptive bands — Reach, Target, Likely — computed from published admission data and your own inputs. Any product quoting you a precise probability is inventing it.
Who has to pay — the student or a parent?
A parent or guardian completes checkout and accepts the terms, because our users are minors. Students can complete the free intake, the interest profiler, and the preview on their own.
Will the essay coach write my essay?
No, and this is deliberate. It gives section-by-section feedback on structure, specificity, and voice, and it repeats until your draft meets a defined quality bar. It will never produce a sentence you could paste into an essay.
What happens with my data?
It is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used to train a model. There are no third-party trackers on this site. You can request access to or deletion of everything we hold at any time.
What if I disagree with a recommendation?
Every band comes with the list of rules that produced it, so you can see exactly what drove the result. If you still disagree, you can ask for a human review of any recommendation.
Does buying a report improve my chances?
It cannot, and we will not claim otherwise. University Application Guide improves how you apply — where you apply, whether to send scores, when to submit, and what a school will actually cost. The decision itself belongs to the college.
